Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior UX/UI Designer with 4–5+ years of professional experience to join our Creative & Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UX/UI design, visual design, digital experiences, and creative problem-solving. You should be able to take projects from concept and research through wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI design, and final delivery.

This role involves working closely with marketing, content, development, performance marketing, and business teams to create intuitive, engaging, visually compelling, and conversion-focused digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and visually compelling websites, landing pages, web applications, dashboards, and mobile experiences.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability assessments when required.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop responsive and mobile-first designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Create and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and visual guidelines.
- Design conversion-focused landing pages and digital experiences.
- Create marketing creatives for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Design banners, presentations, infographics, promotional assets, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Work with marketing and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Incorporate feedback and improve designs based on user behaviour, analytics, and business objectives.
- Ensure consistency in branding, usability, accessibility, visual quality, and overall user experience.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI, digital design, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI, website, mobile, and digital design projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability.
- Solid knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour, composition, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.
- Understanding of accessibility and conversion-focused design.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
- Strong creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within deadlines.
