We are looking for a curious, analytical and execution-focused Product Associate to work on Infynity, our B2C mobile application. The role involves working across product development, user experience, analytics and growth.

Key Responsibilities
● Understand user and business problems and translate them into product requirements, user stories and flows.
● Work with Engineering, Design, Operations and Business teams to take features from idea to launch.
● Support backlog management, UAT, releases and post-launch tracking.
● Analyse user journeys, funnels, drop-offs, engagement, retention and feature adoption.
● Use user feedback and product data to identify problems and improvement opportunities.
● Conduct competitor and market research and bring relevant ideas into the product roadmap.
● Support growth experiments across onboarding, referrals, engagement, communication and monetization.
● Think through complete systems—user experience, backend dependencies, data, analytics, operations and business impact.

What We're Looking For





● 0–2 years of experience; strong freshers are encouraged to apply.
● Robust problem-solving and systems-thinking ability.
● Analytical and data-driven mindset with a strong interest in consumer products and growth.
● Good communication, documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.
● High ownership, curiosity and willingness to learn quickly.
● Basic understanding of product metrics, funnels, APIs and mobile app journeys.
● Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Mixpanel/Firebase, Excel/Google Sheets and Postman is preferred.
● Basic SQL knowledge and experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude is a plus.

What Success Looks Like
Someone who can gradually own a problem end-to-end—understand the user need, analyse data, define a solution, coordinate execution, measure impact and continuously improve the product.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
