The Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Team identifies, assesses, and mitigates financial crime risks by investigating AML alerts and reviewing customer profiles, transaction patterns, and AML red flags.
The team conducts Transaction Monitoring Reviews, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews and sanctions screening reviews etc, focusing on high-risk customers and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs). It also performs periodic and event-driven reviews to keep customer risk profile updated.

AML team is a part of Market Compliance (India) team.

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in AML compliance, with exposure to investigation-related responsibilities.
- Strong academic and skilled qualifications supporting compliance, risk, legal, or financial crime-related responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of RBI KYC/AML regulations and the ability to apply regulatory expectations in day-to-day reviews.
- Prior experience as an AML Investigator within banks or payment operators would be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document findings clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support effective documentation, analysis, and reporting.
