Job Overview

We are looking for a B2B Customer Handling Executive to manage existing B2B customers, drive repeat orders, handle customer queries, coordinate order fulfilment, and ensure timely payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly connect with B2B customers to understand requirements and generate repeat orders.
- Follow up with customers after sales and delivery to collect feedback and resolve basic concerns.
- Coordinate with customers regarding pending payments and ensure timely collection.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers and identify additional sales opportunities.




- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls, orders, feedback, and payment status in CRM/Excel.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic sales and negotiation ability.
- Good relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Prior experience in B2B customer handling, sales, or telecalling will be preferred.
