Bounty Box Inc. is looking for a well-connected Media Sales / Ad Sales Manager who can drive new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for Bounty Box Inc.'s advertising, branding, digital marketing and media solutions.
- Leverage existing industry contacts and networks to connect with decision-makers, marketing heads, founders and business owners.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients across multiple industries.
- Identify opportunities for branding, digital marketing, creative, social media, performance marketing, influencer marketing and other agency services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and business pitches.
- Work closely with the strategy and creative teams to develop proposals and close business.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Media Sales, Ad Sales,
Advertising Sales or Agency Business Development.
- Strong existing database and decision-maker connects across industries.
- Candidates with a strong network within the real estate developer ecosystem will be highly preferred.
- Existing relationships with developers, marketing heads, CXOs, founders or senior decision-makers will be an advantage.
- Robust communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-driven and capable of independently generating and converting leads.

The ideal candidate should not be dependent solely on company-provided leads and should have the ability to leverage their own network and industry relationships to generate business.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
