Unicommerce & Integrations: Manage Unicommerce/Uniware across marketplaces and D2C platforms; ensure accurate

order, inventory, SKU and shipment synchronization; resolve integration issues.

- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy across warehouses and channels; manage allocation, buffers,

transfers, ageing and stock-outs; coordinate stock audits and reconciliation.

- Order Fulfilment: Own order processing from allocation to dispatch; ensure marketplace SLA adherence, same/next-day

dispatch and efficient warehouse allocation.

- Cost Optimization: Reduce fulfilment, shipping, packaging and warehouse costs; optimize courier selection, order routing

and split shipments; track cost per order.

- Returns & RTO: Monitor returns, RTO and NDR; identify root causes by SKU, platform, courier and geography and drive

corrective action.

- Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate inwarding, picking, packing, dispatch, QC, inventory transfers and return

processing; improve productivity and accuracy.

- Planning:



Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, sale-event readiness and new product launches.
- MIS & Analytics: Maintain dashboards for orders, inventory, SLA, RTO, returns, ageing, fulfilment cost and warehouse

productivity; preferably use Excel/Power BI.

- Automation & SOPs: Identify manual processes for automation and create/maintain SOPs for marketplace, inventory,

fulfilment and returns operations.

- Reconciliation & Controls: Reconcile marketplace, Unicommerce, warehouse and logistics data; identify inventory,

shipment and billing discrepancies.

- Vendor & Logistics Management: Track courier performance, cost, TAT, delivery, RTO and NDR; coordinate with

logistics partners and support negotiations.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
