Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee and manage civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, supervision, quality control, manpower coordination, progress monitoring, documentation, and ensuring that all civil works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor site work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure proper execution of civil works, including excavation, foundation, RCC, PCC, structural and other related construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site manpower.
- Monitor and manage labour productivity and site progress.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify any execution or quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and procedures.
- Maintain daily site records, including Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and work updates.
- Assist in material planning, quantity estimation, and material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Verify work completion and support measurement and billing-related activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, reports, drawings, and other project records.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials,



and other site resources.

Required Candidate Profile

- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in civil construction or site execution.
- Experience in site supervision and project execution.
- Positive understanding of civil drawings and construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of RCC, PCC, foundation, excavation, and other civil works.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site manpower.
- Knowledge of basic quality and safety standards.
- Ability to prepare and maintain site reports and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be preferred.
- Candidates willing to work at the assigned project location.
- Local candidates from Puri, Damanjodi, or Jamnagar will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
