Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Jr. Executive – Logistics to support day-to-day logistics and transportation operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating dispatch activities, tracking materials, maintaining records, and ensuring timely movement of goods and materials between vendors, warehouse, and project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate dispatch and transportation of materials to project sites.
- Maintain inward and outward material records.
- Follow up with transporters, vendors, and suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Track material movement and update status reports regularly.
- Prepare delivery challans, gate passes, and logistics documentation.
- Coordinate with stores, purchase, and project teams for material requirements.
- Verify invoices, LR copies, e-way bills, and transport documents.
- Ensure proper packing, loading, and unloading coordination.
- Maintain logistics MIS reports and filing records.




- Support inventory and stock management activities.
- Resolve basic logistics and transportation issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Ability to maintain records and documentation accurately.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Additional Requirements:

- Knowledge of transport documentation and e-way bill process preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.
- Willingness to travel locally if required.

Pay: ₹20,033.56 - ₹25,755.26 per month
