Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee joining, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and resolve salary-related queries.
- Support recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable HR and labour regulations.
- Prepare HR MIS, reports, and employee data.
- Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Coordinate employee engagement, training, and welfare activities.
- Implement HR policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Support HR audits and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
