REQUIREMENT:

Position/Designation: Planning & QS Engineer

Project details : 110no of Triplex Villas. (Total Built up Area is3.35 Lakhs SFT)

New Requirement

Reporting To: Project Manager

JOB PROFILE:

Education: BE Civil

Experience: Years : 6 to 8 years

Area: Solid QS & Billing knowledge with an exposure to

Planning

Key Skills:

1)Planning

 Prepare master project schedule

 Keep project team updated on the progress versus timelines

 Tracking all schedules weekly

 Identify actual and potential slippages and prepare recovery plans

2)Document Control

 Maintain records for all documents pertaining to the site – drawing transmittals, DBR, MOM, approvals etc

 Organize and conduct review meetings





 Preparing & circulating weekly & monthly progress report

3)QS &Billing;

 Valuation of works done periodically and certification of all vendor bills

 Track cost variation in order value

 Monitor basic price of various materials and track budgets

 Monitor and report cost performance through Earned Value

Other Skills: 

4) Good Communication Skills

 Must have experience in Residential Projects

 High end Villas development projects preferred
