Job Description

The Jr. Pricing Analyst is responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures to recommend optimal pricing strategies. This role works closely with sales, procurement, finance, and product teams to ensure pricing decisions support business objectives, profitability, and competitiveness in the market. Key Responsibilities • Collect, analyze, and interpret pricing data, including competitor analysis, customer demand, and market trends. • Develop, evaluate, and recommend pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness. • Monitor key metrics such as margins, costs, and sales performance to assess the effectiveness of pricing models. • Partner with procurement/sourcing teams to evaluate supplier costs and negotiate pricing terms. • Prepare pricing models, forecasts, and financial scenarios to support business planning and decision-making. • Support sales teams with pricing recommendations and provide guidance during contract negotiations.



• Create and maintain pricing databases, tools, and dashboards for internal stakeholders. • Present findings and insights to management, supporting strategic decisions with data-driven analysis. • Stay up to date with industry trends, customer behaviors, and regulatory changes impacting pricing. Qualifications & Skills • Any Bachelor’s degree • Proven experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or business analytics for at least a year. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in Excel. • Knowledge of pricing strategies and cost analysis. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex data insights to non technical stakeholders. • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making in a fast-paced setting. • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
