Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 Years (Hospital / Retail Pharma Inside Sales)

Role Overview

This role involves promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. Target customers include Chemists, General Physicians, Hospitals, Clinics, and Dermatologists. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales through calls and emails, building strong customer relationships, and negotiating with hospital purchase managers to close deals and optimize margins.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies through calls and emails.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and margins with hospital purchase managers.
- Conduct product detailing and presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Utilize organization-provided leads to maximize conversions and profitable margins.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and industry events.




- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Hospital/Retail Pharma Inside Sales.
- Experience in therapy areas such as Gynae/IVF, Vaccines, Nephrology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, or Generic Pharma.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced workplace.

Additional Information

- Daily calling target: Around 80 calls per day
- Monthly sales target: ₹10–15 Lakhs
- 6 Days Working (Saturday Work From Home)
