Reporting To: VP – Delivery / Manager (as assigned)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Operations Specialist to support our data-driven initiatives by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data operations, SQL, ETL processes, and data quality management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute data collection, enrichment, validation, and delivery activities for internal and customer projects.
- Monitor and improve data quality by identifying inconsistencies, resolving discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to support data integration, automation, and scalable data processes.
- Partner with Product, Business, and Operations teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate datasets.
- Maintain data integrity by following data governance standards and quality assurance best practices.
- Validate and integrate external data sources and vendor-provided datasets.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for data workflows and operational efficiency.




- Create reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to provide actionable business insights.
- Ensure compliance with organizational data standards and privacy regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Data Operations, Data Management, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
- Robust understanding of Data Governance, ETL processes, Data Validation, and Data Quality methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Python scripting or automation tools.
- Exposure to SaaS, B2B Data, Lead Intelligence, or Data Enrichment platforms.
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and workflow automation.
- Ability to thrive in global and remote collaborative environments.
