The ideal candidate brings **5+ years of Business Analysis experience** , good foundational knowledge of **Ceded Reinsurance concepts** and hands-on experience applying standard BA techniques within **Agile delivery models** to deliver business value efficiently and incrementally. **Key Responsibilities** + Support requirement discovery and documentation activities through stakeholder interviews, requirementworkshopsand backlog refinement sessions + Partner with Product Owners, end users, developers and QA teams to elicit, analyze,documentandvalidatebusiness/functional requirements + Assistin the creation and refinement of user stories, acceptancecriteriaand supporting artifacts + Validate that requirements align to business intent,
