Graphic Designer Intern / Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer Intern / Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in graphic design, creativity, and visual communication, with a willingness to learn and work on real-world projects.

The role will involve creating posters, infographics, promotional creatives, social media designs, photo manipulations, and other visual content for the company and its brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and engaging social media posters, promotional posters, and digital creatives.
- Design infographics, banners, advertisements, thumbnails, and marketing materials.
- Create photo manipulation, image editing, retouching, and compositing as required.
- Develop creative designs for social media campaigns, events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
- Design brochures, flyers, presentations, certificates, and other company materials.
- Create visually appealing layouts using appropriate typography, colors, images, and design elements.
- Edit, enhance, and prepare images for digital and promotional use.
- Understand creative briefs and convert concepts and ideas into effective visual designs.
- Make revisions and improvements based on feedback.
- Maintain consistency with company branding and visual guidelines.
- Organize and maintain design files and project assets.
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends, creative styles, and design techniques.

Required Skills

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition,



and layout.
- Basic skills in photo manipulation, image editing, and creative compositing.
- Creative thinking with good attention to detail.
- Ability to create visually attractive and professional designs.
- Good understanding of social media design requirements.
- Ability to take feedback and make improvements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop skilled design skills.

Eligibility

- Freshers, students, and recent graduates with relevant graphic design skills can apply.
- Candidates with a portfolio or sample designs will be preferred.
- A degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

0–1 year of experience. Freshers and candidates looking to start their career in graphic design are welcome to apply.

Training & Permanent Employment

- The selected candidate will initially join as a Graphic Designer Intern / Trainee and undergo a structured training period.
- During the training period, the candidate will receive practical exposure to real-world design projects and professional workflows.
- Upon completion of the training period, the candidate’s design skills, creativity, work quality, productivity, discipline, learning ability, and overall performance will be evaluated.
- Candidates who successfully meet the required performance standards will be considered for permanent employment with the company.
- Permanent employment will be subject to satisfactory performance and management approval.

Pay: Up to ₹6,000.00 per month
