ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Intern to support the People & Culture function at Moksha Media. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and internal processes in a fast-paced creative agency.

You’ll work closely with leadership and team managers, helping build strong hiring pipelines, streamline HR processes, and contribute to a positive employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Support

- Assist in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
- Support job description creation and job postings

2. HR Operations & Documentation

- Maintain employee records, trackers, and HR databases
- Assist with onboarding and documentation processes
- Support in drafting offer letters, internship letters, and HR communications

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

- Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
- Help organize internal events, team activities, and feedback processes




- Assist in improving workplace experience and internal communication

4. HR Process Support

- Work on HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation
- Assist in performance tracking and review cycles
- Support compliance and basic HR reporting

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and MS Office
- Interest in working in a fast-paced, agency environment
