Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing & SEO Analyst to strengthen our online presence and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising. The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, managing social media platforms, creating engaging marketing content, and executing digital campaigns to support student admissions and brand awareness.

Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve website rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, and URLs.
- Monitor website performance and implement SEO best practices.
- Track SEO performance using analytics and reporting tools.

Digital Marketing

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile.
- Assist in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Support lead generation activities through various digital channels.

Social Media Management

- Manage the institute's social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Respond to messages, comments, and customer enquiries professionally.
- Increase audience engagement and brand visibility.

Content Creation & Design

- Design marketing posters, banners, brochures, and social media creatives.
- Edit promotional videos, reels, and short-form content.




- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing team to create campaign materials.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all digital platforms.

Reporting & Analytics

- Monitor website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
- Analyze marketing data and recommend strategies for improvement.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Experience in keyword research and meta tag optimization.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Experience managing Google Business Profile.
- Understanding of lead generation strategies.
- Hands-on experience in social media management.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar graphic design and video editing software.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Completion of a Digital Marketing Certification Course is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, or a related role is preferred.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing. They should be capable of managing SEO, digital campaigns, social media platforms, and content creation while continuously exploring new strategies to improve online visibility, generate leads, and strengthen the institute's digital presence.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
