About the Role

We are looking for an Export Sales Executive to develop and manage international customers for our industrial components, including forging parts, casting parts, CNC machined components, and metal stamping parts.

Responsibilities

* Develop new overseas customers and business opportunities.

* Handle enquiries from international customers and understand their technical and commercial requirements.

* Promote forging parts, casting parts, CNC machined components, and metal stamping products.

* Prepare quotations, offers, and commercial proposals.

* Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.

* Maintain regular communication with existing export customers.

* Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, purchase, and dispatch teams.

* Coordinate with customers regarding drawings, specifications, samples, tooling, and production requirements.

* Track order progress and provide timely updates to customers.

* Assist with export documentation and shipment coordination.

* Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and follow-up records.





* Identify new markets and potential customers for industrial and engineering components.

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company’s export business.

Requirements

* Experience in export sales or international B2B sales is preferred.

* Experience selling engineering products, automobile components, forging, casting, CNC machining, or metal stamping parts will be an advantage.

* Valuable English communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to understand customer drawings, specifications, and basic technical requirements.

* Knowledge of export documentation, shipping, and international trade is preferred.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, email, and other computer applications.

* Strong customer follow-up and relationship-building skills.

* Willingness to travel internationally if required.

Salary

₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
