- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Handle employee lifecycle, HR documentation, attendance and leave management
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Address employee queries and employee relations
- Coordinate payroll inputs and HR MIS/reports
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance
- Support HR process improvements and organizational initiatives
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
- HR generalist : 3 years (Preferred)
