F&B; Attendant

Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented F&B; Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring smooth restaurant and banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Set up and clear tables according to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Assist with inventory and proper handling of F&B; equipment.




- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Requirements

- Previous experience in Food & Beverage is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude may also apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and well-groomed personality.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
