Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition & Resource Coordination

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Recruiter who can quickly source, screen, negotiate, and close talent for project-based requirements.

This is not a general HR/HR operations role. The position focuses primarily on recruitment, niche talent sourcing, freelance/vendor management, and resource coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and global talent platforms.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for full-time, contractual, and freelance positions.
- Deliver relevant candidate shortlists within 48–72 hours for urgent project requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong database of pre-screened freelance and contractual talent.
- Negotiate salaries, project rates, and freelance rates with candidates/vendors.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, contracts, NDAs, and resource deployment.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring progress and resource availability.

Articulate Storyline/Rise Developers, Instructional Designers, DTP Artists
- Localization: Translators, Proofreaders, LQA Specialists, Localization Project Managers
- Media: Video Editors, Motion Graphic Designers, Sound Designers, Voice-Over Artists
- Sales & Operations: BDEs, Sales Professionals, Vendor Managers, MIS/Data Experts

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment/sourcing experience.
- Experience in E-learning, Media/Digital Production, KPO, Staffing, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Experience hiring creative, language, media, or technology professionals.
- Solid sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills.
- Comfortable working with freelance and global resources across different time zones.
- Ability to manage multiple urgent hiring requirements simultaneously.

Please Note: Candidates primarily experienced in payroll, attendance, employee engagement, HR administration, or policy-related HR work may not be suitable for this role.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
