Key Responsibilities

- Manage payroll, PF, ESIC, LWF and statutory compliances.
- Handle Contract Labour Licence, BOCW and other construction-related compliances.
- Manage WC, CAR and GPA insurance policies for projects.
- Ensure all required licences, compliances and insurance policies are obtained before project mobilization.
- Maintain statutory records, registers and compliance documentation.
- Handle contractor/subcontractor compliance and coordinate with government authorities, consultants and project teams.

Requirements

- Prior experience in construction/infrastructure industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, LWF, BOCW, Contract Labour and Construction Compliances.
- Knowledge of WC, CAR and GPA insurance policies.
- Positive documentation, coordination and MS Excel skills.
