Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a CA Firm
- Qualification: CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage junior staff and trainees.
- Client Operations: Direct client consulting and operational interaction.
- Core Compliance: Handle MCA filings, GST, Income Tax, and TDS processes.
- Audit Exposure: Oversee internal and statutory audit execution.
- Data Reporting: Utilize Power BI & Excel for financial reporting and analysis.

Technical Skillset

- In-depth knowledge of Income Tax, GST, and MCA portal workflows.
- Robust analytical capability using Advanced Excel & Power BI.
- Proven office management and client communication skills.
