About the Role

A partnerships-driven, on-ground role focused on building and converting institutional relationships for textile recovery. You'll work closely with the Partnerships Manager across the full cycle, from identifying the right organisations to getting them to show up on collection day. This role sits at the intersection of business development, field operations, and sustainability. This is open to students or recent graduates from any discipline. Prior exposure to sales, partnerships, or field outreach is a robust plus.

What You'll Do

Partnership Development

● Map and identify high-potential partners across housing societies, schools, corporates, hospitals, hotels, and institutions

● Drive outreach through calls, emails, and in-person visits to pitch ReCircle's textile recovery programmes

Conversion & Relationship Management





● Own end-to-end conversion of leads into confirmed collection partners

● Build relationships with key decision-makers, RWAs, admin heads, CSR teams

● Follow up consistently to move leads through the pipeline

Pipeline & Reporting

● Maintain a structured outreach tracker across leads, meetings, and conversions

Who This Role Is For

● Someone comfortable with fieldwork, meetings, and direct stakeholder engagement

● A confident communicator who can pitch, persuade, and follow through

● Highly organised, available on-site 6 days a week, and driven by on-ground impact
