Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, subject-specific lessons tailored to student needs and curriculum requirements. Design structured lesson plans, interactive study materials, and regular practice assignments. Assess student performance through periodic tests and provide constructive performance feedback. Identify learning gaps in individual students and offer targeted academic support or remedial guidance. Maintain a positive, disciplined, and encouraging learning environment within the hub. Communicate periodically with parents regarding student progress, attendance, and academic performance. Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject area (B.Ed. preferred).
Experience:
Prior teaching experience in schools, coaching centers, or academic institutions is preferred (freshers with strong subject mastery may apply).
Subject Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in key academic subjects (Mathematics, Science, English, or Social Studies).
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
