As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Assistant Manager – Human Resources to help build a high-performance culture by attracting great talent, strengthening HR processes, and partnering closely with business leaders.
Role Summary
As the Assistant Manager – Human Resources, you will play a key role in building Trailytics' people function. You will lead talent acquisition, support HR operations, improve employee experience, and help establish scalable HR processes as the organization grows.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment, takes ownership, and wants to contribute beyond traditional HR responsibilities.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6–12 months, you will:
- Successfully hire high-quality talent across business and technology functions.
- Build a structured and efficient recruitment process.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for every new employee.
- Improve employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Establish scalable HR processes and documentation.
- Partner effectively with business leaders to support organizational growth.
- Build trust as a reliable HR partner across the organization.

You will work directly with the leadership team and collaborate closely with hiring managers across departments. As Trailytics scales, you will help shape our people strategy, strengthen our culture, and ensure we continue to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across business, technology, and corporate functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR dashboards and employee data accurately.
Employee Engagement & Performance
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team activities.
- Support performance review cycles and feedback processes.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Promote a team-oriented, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
HR Process Improvement
- Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, and operational processes.
- Track recruitment and HR metrics to support data-driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Support organizational planning and workforce initiatives.
QualificationsEducation
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
- Experience working in startups or high-growth organizations is preferred.
