As a Data Engineer, your typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. You will be responsible for creating efficient data pipelines that facilitate smooth data flow across various systems. Ensuring the accuracy and quality of data is a key part of your role, along with implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data effectively. Your work enables seamless data migration and deployment, supporting the broader data infrastructure and analytics needs of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.- Monitor and optimize data pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability.- Document data processes and workflows to maintain clarity and support knowledge sharing.- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering, Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Apache Airflow, PySpark.- Solid experience in building and managing scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.- Knowledge of data storage solutions and data modeling techniques.- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently.- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of data processing jobs.
