Your role will include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end-to-end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to Support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success. **EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:** Around 3 years of V&V; experience required as below: + **Essential Competencies:** + Competent in test execution for functional, Integration, and system testing + Robust Experience in designing Automation frameworks using Tools like Selenium, Appium, ReadyAPI, Cypress,Playwright, JMeter etc + Must have strong expertise in testing web-based, RESTful API calls and mobile (Android & iOS) applications + Work closely with agile development team on assigned test projects and help in delivering quality software + Contributes ideas on product and process improvements + Experience working in agile environment and methods + Flexible working on manual testing and automation based on business needs + **Desirable Competencies:** + Experience with test automation frameworks development,
