As a Application/Sys Sales Eng II - Product Sales & Pre Sales here at Honeywell, you will serve as a critical technical resource supporting our sales teams by providing expert product knowledge, pre-sales technical support, and customer-focused solutions. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and collaborate closely with sales to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you'll work out of our regional office on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact Honeywell's ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements, accelerate sales cycles, and strengthen customer relationships, thereby contributing to the company's market leadership and business growth. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to support sales and pre-sales activities. + Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and propose appropriate Honeywell solutions. + Collaborate with sales teams to develop and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts. + Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and respond to customer inquiries during the sales process. + Work closely with product development and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and support product improvements. **What You will do?** + Design **end-to-end SITC BOQs** for CCTV, Access Control & Networking solutions. + Create impactful **technical proposals, presentations & tender documents.** + Conduct **Site Visits, product demos, POCs** at customer and partner locations. + Attend Pre Bid and Represnet Honeywell to End Customers. + Deliver **technical trainings** to partners and end users. + Collaborate with sales teams for **solution selling & customer engagement.** **YOU MUST HAVE** + Proven experience in technical sales support, product application engineering, or pre-sales roles.
