Key Responsibilities Handle packing of ropes, twines, nets and related products as per customer requirements. Check quantity, weight, labeling and packaging quality before dispatch. Prepare and maintain packing and dispatch records in ERP. Manage inventory of packing materials and inform about shortages. Ensure proper loading, unloading and dispatch documentation. Verify finished goods before dispatch and avoid quantity/product mismatches. Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety and company procedures. Support other production, inventory and operational activities as required. Requirements Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma preferred. Experience in manufacturing, packing, warehouse or dispatch will be preferred. Basic ERP/computer knowledge required. Valuable coordination and record-keeping skills. 12-hour shift as per factory requirement. Local candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
