About Position:

We are seeking an experienced C#.NET Lead Developer with strong expertise in application development, device-level software engineering, multithreaded programming, and system integration. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-performance applications built using C#.NET while mentoring development teams and driving technical excellence.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#.NET.
- Lead the development of software solutions related to devices and hardware-integrated applications.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications aligned with business requirements.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical solution design.
- Lead development teams through design, implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, quality practices, and development guidelines.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to developers.




- Drive engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop applications utilizing advanced C# programming concepts.
- Implement robust and efficient multithreaded solutions.
- Design and develop concurrent and asynchronous processing frameworks.
- Build integrations between applications, devices, services, and external systems.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of software components.
- Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and system-level issues.
- Ensure stability and quality through structured testing and validation.
- Develop unit tests and automated validation frameworks.
- Ensure adequate test coverage and software quality.
- Create technical specifications, design documents, and support documentation.
- Maintain knowledge repositories and engineering best practices documentation.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in requirement discussions and technical estimations.
- Provide technical recommendations and solution alternatives.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

- 8-12 years of experience in software development using C#.NET technologies.

- Strong experience using application profiling and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex production issues.
- Working knowledge of C++.
- Experience with driver development and low-level programming.
- Exposure to hardware communication protocols.
- Knowledge of Windows services and system-level development.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
