Position: IT Recruiter
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Work Mode: Remote
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Joining: Immediate Joiners / Joining from 31st August 2026
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Flexibility: No flexibility in working hours
Laptop & Wi-Fi: Mandatory

Job Responsibilities

- Handle complete end-to-end IT recruitment process.
- Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, CTC, notice period, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with the internal recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles and closures.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be target-oriented and comfortable with performance-based recruitment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Personal laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection are mandatory.
- Must be available for 5.5 days of work per week.
- Candidates must be comfortable with fixed working hours and no flexibility.
- Immediate joiners / candidates available to join from 31st August 2026 will be preferred.
