Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, headhunting, screening, interview coordination, and hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day recruitment activities and manage assigned vacancies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct headhunting and direct sourcing to identify suitable and passive candidates.
- Search for candidates based on specific skills, experience, industry, and role requirements.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Assess candidates based on experience, skills, communication, salary expectations, and notice period.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Assist with salary discussions, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant candidates for current and future requirements.




- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and headhunting.
- Robust resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to understand JDs and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.

Preferred

- Experience hiring for e-commerce, digital marketing, technology, sales, customer support, or specialized roles.
- Experience with both technical and non-technical recruitment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other advanced sourcing tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
