- Perform statistical and quantitative analysis using statistical software
- Writing, formatting, and editing reports and works for dissemination.
- Assist with data collection and organization of research datasets for specialization
- Participate in research meetings and provide project support as needed
Required Qualifications or Skills:
- Advanced analytic skills conducting analysis of quasi-experimental studies, including using methods such as Difference-in-Differences and Regression Discontinuity Designs.
- Advanced knowledge of school choice policies
- Experience working with administrative data
- Experience working with school district data administrators
- Advanced experience with at least one statistical package (e.g. R, Stata, or Python) is required, with a preference for Stata.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize multiple sources.
- Masters degree required
- PhD Student in a social science discipline (e.g., economics, public policy, social policy)
