This is a full time on-site role for a Plant HR Executive. He will be responsible for HR operations, Payroll support, Employee Relations, HR policies, and statuatory compliance applicable to manufacturing unit. The role involves coordinating and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance, supporting employee relations, and managing HR operations.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience in Payroll Process, HR Operations and HR Policies, including implementation, compliance, and documentation.
- Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance applicable to manufacturing organizations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort working on-site in Dhamtari (CG),



with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or FMCG sectors is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
