Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst who can work with data, audits, compliance, and reporting. The candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with different teams to identify issues and improve processes.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Compliance, Risk, Audit, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in compliance monitoring, testing, risk, audit, or related areas.
- Experience with business/lending licensing, renewals, and documentation.
- Good knowledge of Excel and SQL.
- Basic understanding of data structures, data cleaning, data modeling, and forecasting.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar tools is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and get things done.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate and timely data audits, compliance, and management reports.
- Manage, clean, validate,



and analyze data.
- Monitor compliance testing, audits, processes, and licensing requirements.
- Identify issues, analyze root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance reports, dashboards, and relevant documentation.
- Update and improve existing processes and workflows.
- Work with Operations, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve gaps.
- Support audits, investigations, regulatory requests, and compliance initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Ensure all work follows company security and compliance requirements

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
