Junior Architect

We are looking for a Junior Architect (B.Arch) with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in architectural modelling, space planning, 3D visualization, and design development, with a good eye for detail and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed space plans.
- Prepare accurate 3D models and visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
- Translate design concepts into detailed 3D models and presentation-ready visuals.
- Assist in developing design drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate design requirements and incorporate feedback into drawings and models.
- Work closely with senior architects and the design team throughout project development.
- Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Arch / Bachelor of Architecture degree.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.




- Strong understanding of space planning and architectural design principles.
- Excellent 3D modelling and visualization skills.
- Proficiency in:
- 3ds Max
- SketchUp
- Corona Renderer
- D5 Render
- Positive understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and architectural visualization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to develop designs from concept to visualization.
- Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- A creative approach with the ability to understand and execute design intent.

Preferred Candidate

A detail-oriented and creative architect who can independently handle 3D modelling and space planning, while working collaboratively with the design team to deliver high-quality architectural concepts and visualizations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
