JOB DESCRIPTION – TELE COUNSELOR

Training: 7–10 Days – Unpaid
Employment Agreement: 2 Years
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective and existing clients.
- Counsel clients about the company's Skin, Wellness, Aesthetic & Cosmetology services.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable services/packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
- Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and conversion reports.
- Coordinate appointments with the concerned clinic/department.
- Build good relationships with clients and provide professional assistance.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, appointment, and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate client information and follow company CRM/SOPs.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in Telecalling, Tele-counselling, Sales, Customer Service, Wellness, Healthcare, Skin Clinic, Hospitality, or related fields will be an advantage.




- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone.
- Good knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Training Details

- Training Duration: 7–10 Days
- Training Location: Chandigarh
- Training Type: Unpaid
- Training will cover company processes, services, counselling techniques, CRM, calling process, and client handling.
- Salary will start as per the final employment terms after successful completion of training.

Employment Agreement

- A 2-Year Employment Agreement will be applicable with the company.
- The agreement will be signed at the time of joining.
- The selected candidate will be required to follow the company's policies, SOPs, and agreed terms and conditions.

Working Schedule

- Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Location: Chandigarh
- Working Days & Weekly Off: As per company policy.
