Job Overview

Hopper Universal is hiring French Language Executives for its international travel process. The role involves handling French-speaking customers, assisting with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, baggage queries, and other travel-related requests.

Eligibility

- Graduate: Freshers can apply.
- 12th Pass: Minimum 6 months of customer service/BPO experience required.
- French: B2/C1/C2 certification mandatory (DELF, DALF, or equivalent).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in French.
- Assist with flight reservations, hotel bookings and itinerary changes.
- Handle cancellations, baggage queries and travel-related concerns.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information and interactions in CRM systems.
- Meet quality, productivity and performance targets.

This is a 100% Work From Office position at the Thane facility. Work from home is not permitted. Candidates must be able to relocate or reside within the applicable Thane transport coverage area.
