Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our CT Scan Centre operating at Government Hospital, Pali. The candidate will be responsible for patient care, assisting during CT procedures, contrast administration support, emergency management, clinical documentation and maintaining compliance with NABH standards and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care and support to patients undergoing CT examinations.
- Prepare patients for CT procedures and assist with contrast-enhanced CT (CECT) examinations.
- Monitor patients before, during and after contrast administration.
- Identify and appropriately manage contrast reactions and other medical emergencies.
- Maintain emergency medicines, equipment and nursing supplies.
- Maintain patient records, nursing documentation and required registers.
- Follow infection control, patient safety and radiation-safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with centre SOPs, policies and NABH requirements.
- Support NABH quality monitoring, audits, checklists and documentation.




- Maintain records related to incidents, near-misses, contrast reactions and other quality indicators.
- Coordinate with CT Technicians, Radiologists and other centre staff for smooth patient management.
- Participate in quality improvement and corrective/preventive action activities.
- Perform other nursing and operational duties assigned by the CT Centre In-charge.

Eligibility & Skills

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre, CT/MRI centre or similar healthcare setting will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of patient safety, emergency care and infection control.
- Knowledge of NABH documentation and quality practices will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
