We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor to lead quantity surveying activities for complex construction projects The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in quantity takeoffs BOQ preparation cost estimation and project cost management while mentoring junior team members Key Responsibilities Review and analyze civil and architectural drawings specifications and tender documents Lead the preparation and verification of detailed Bills of Quantities BOQs Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for all civil and structural works Prepare cost estimates tender documentation and project budgets Monitor project costs variations and quantity reconciliations Ensure compliance with industry standards client requirements and measurement rules Coordinate with design estimation and project teams to resolve technical queries Mentor and guide junior quantity surveyors to maintain quality and productivity Support business development and tendering activities as required Requirements B E B Tech in Civil Engineering or a related discipline 8 15 years of experience in Civil Quantity Surveying Estimation or Cost Management Strong knowledge of construction methods quantity takeoffs and BOQ preparation Experience working on commercial residential infrastructure or international projects Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity takeoff estimation software Excellent analytical leadership communication and problemsolving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
