ESG Research Analyst FULL TIME Mangalore Karnataka Onsite We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical ESG Research Analyst to join our growing ESG product innovation team This role is critical in supporting the development of our ESG SaaS solutions by conducting deep ESGrelated research interpreting framework requirements and translating research findings into actionable insights and product features What we expect Conduct primary and secondary research on ESG concepts frameworks e g GRI SASB TCFD CSRD BRSR ISSB sectoral ESG trends and evolving regulatory expectations Analyze ESG KPIs and metrics understand how they are calculated and map them to relevant frameworks and standards Convert research findings into structured documentation such as internal briefs and researchtoproduct mapping documents Work closely with product managers to transform research insights into product requirements contributing to the product roadmap and feature planning Support ESG data analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methods evaluating public disclosures ESG scores policies and sustainability reports Track global ESG regulations taxonomies and reporting frameworks and interpret how they affect product functionalities Collaborate crossfunctionally with design product and clientfacing teams to ensure alignment of ESG features with market needs Assist in preparing thought leadership content and ESG learning resources when needed What we need Solid foundational knowledge of ESG principles frameworks KPIs and reporting standards Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Studies Sustainability Economics Public Policy or a related field Ability to analyze and interpret ESG data and disclosures including corporate sustainability reports and regulatory filings Experience or familiarity with converting research into product design inputs use cases or user stories is a strong advantage Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques Familiarity with ESG ratings reporting tools and experience preparing or reviewing disclosures under major frameworks is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain complex ESG topics clearly Quick learner with a solutionoriented mindset capable of multitasking and working under tight timelines Attention to detail curiosity and the ability to think critically and creatively to solve ESGrelated challenges Disclaimer This job posting has been aggregated from external source Role details content and availability are subject to change Applicants are advised to confirm the latest information directly on the company website before applying
