About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Project Manager to drive the successful execution of projects for our SaaS platform In this role you will manage projects from requirement gathering through development testing and release ensuring timely delivery effective collaboration and highquality outcomes If you have a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC Agile methodologies and enjoy working closely with crossfunctional teams wed love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Lead software projects from requirement gathering to deployment and release Capture business requirements define project scope and document acceptance criteria Break down requirements into user stories and actionable tasks Create and maintain project plans timelines milestones priorities and dependencies Coordinate with developers QA engineers designers product teams and stakeholders Track project progress identify risks and proactively remove blockers Manage scope changes and communicate their impact on timelines and deliverables Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups reviews and retrospectives Provide regular project status updates reports and risk assessments Support UAT release readiness and golive activities Required Skills Experience 23 years of experience in Software Project Management Delivery Implementation or PMO roles Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile Scrum methodologies Experience working closely with software development and QA teams Ability to write user stories acceptance criteria and manage project dependencies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with Jira Zoho Sprints ClickUp Asana or similar project management tools Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field Experience working in a SaaS or software product company
