About PanScience Innovations PSI is Indias largest venture studio in AI and Deep Tech headquartered in Current Delhi Were committed to building sciencebacked techenabled ventures that address highimpact emerging market opportunities We operate at the intersection of innovation research and business execution launching bold founderled companies from the ground up About the Role We are looking for a handson Accounts Finance Executive who can own daytoday finance operations endtoend This is a hightrust executionheavy role with direct visibility into company cash flows collections and financial health You will work closely with the founder and be responsible for ensuring that the companys finances run smoothly compliances are met and collections are tightly managed Key Responsibilities 1 Accounting Compliance Manage daytoday accounting bookkeeping entries ledgers Handle GST filings reconciliations and complianceManage TDS filings and related documentationCoordinate with the external CA for audits and statutory compliance2 Payroll Banking Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracyManage bank accounts payments and vendor disbursementsTrack expenses and maintain financial discipline3 Invoicing Collections Critical Raise and send invoices to clients on timeTrack receivables and follow up for paymentsReconcile client accounts and resolve discrepanciesCommunicate with clients for pending invoices and closures4 MIS Financial Reporting Prepare monthly MIS reportsTrack cash flows burn rate and runwayProvide clear answers on the financial position at any timeSupport the founder with adhoc financial queries and analysis Requirements CA Inter preferred46 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operationsStrong working knowledge of GST TDS and compliance processes Accounting tools Tally Zoho Books QuickBooks Excel must be comfortable with data handling and reporting Experience in handling invoicing and collections independentlyComfortable working in a fastpaced startup or SME environment What Were Looking For High ownership and accountabilityStrong attention to detailGood communication skills especially for client followups Trustworthy and comfortable handling sensitive financial dataAbility to operate independently without constant supervision Why This Role Matters This role sits at the core of our financial operations You will directly impact cash flow collections and financial visibility for the company
