About Us ISMG is a global intelligence firm and media powerhouse leading the way in cybersecurity enterprise IT and digital transformation With 10 brands 38 digital media properties and over 400 premier events annuallyISMG connects a network of over 2M executives decisionmakers and innovators with the insights and opportunities they need to stay ahead As we continue to expand globally APAC represents a key growth region for our business This is an exciting chance to join a rapidscaling highimpact organization at a pivotal stage of growth The Opportunity ISMG is seeking an experienced HR Manager based in Mumbai India to lead and support our human resources function across the APAC region This is a highly dynamic handson role that sits at the intersection of HR administration employee experience and talent development You will be responsible for managing daytoday HR operations contributing to HR strategy and partnering closely with regional and global leadership to support business growth This is a 68 month contract position designed to support a key maternity leave within the HR team Given the continued growth of our APAC business there is strong potential for the role to extend or convert to a fulltime opportunity based on performance and organizational needs What Youll Be Doing HR Operations Administration Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding offboarding and employee data management Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HRIS systems Support payroll coordination benefits administration and vendor management across APAC regions Monitor HR budgets and ensure operational efficiency Compliance Policy Management Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and support compliance across other APAC jurisdictions e g Singapore Philippines etc Develop update and implement HR policies aligned with local regulations and global standards Conduct audits and ensure best practices in HR governance
