nWork Schedule: 3:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST (4:30 AM EST – 1:00 PM EST).
nLocation: Ahmedabad, India (Office / Hybrid).

nOverview
nThe Tax Senior Associate plays a lead role in preparing and reviewing U.S. tax engagements, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of returns and workpapers. This role requires strong technical proficiency in federal and state tax laws, sound project management capability,



and the ability to mentor junior team members while adapting fluidly to evolving client requirements and software environments.

nKey Responsibilities
nTax Preparation & Review

- Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns—with a focus on C-Corporations (1120), S-Corporations (1120S), Partnerships (1065), and Individual (1040) returns—ensuring accurate calculations, sound accounting treatment, and tax law compliance.n
- Review workpapers prepared by associates for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to engagement standards.n
- Provide technical guidance to preparers on complex or challenging issues, drawing on a robust working knowledge of U.S. tax law.n
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for the team, including updates on relevant tax law changes and software developments.n
