JOB ROLE: To identify training requirements and develop and execute plans for training new and existing employees. Essential job Responsibilities (Broad areas) List of Activities for complying with the Essential job responsibilities (In Details) Training Need Analysis • Identify low-scoring competency areas, discussion with HOD, Assessments and Market certification. • Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them. • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations. • Monitor productivity improvement KPI such as Strike rate, coverage, volume targets and billing efficiency & identify training need. Training Administration • Continually research methods and techniques in workplace training and remain up to date on developments within the industry and competitors. • Collect information from senior management and other departments regarding how well employees retain information and use the concepts learned in training courses.
• Administer tests after the completion of training courses to determine the effectiveness of training strategies. • Create printed and instructional materials to be distributed during training. • Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training employees. • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions. • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary. • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices. Train the Trainer • Training of Trainer team on different modules as per annual business plan. • Provide timely training and instructional design to the trainers. • Updating training team on all new changes and new agenda of the company.
