The Testing & Commissioning Manager will lead end-to-end commissioning activities for hyperscale Data Centre projects, ensuring all critical systems are tested, integrated, validated, and handed over in accordance with AdaniConnex standards, client requirements, OEM specifications, and international commissioning practices.

The role is responsible for developing commissioning strategies, managing commissioning teams, driving Integrated Systems Testing (IST), coordinating with construction and operations teams, and ensuring successful readiness for commercial operations of mission-critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Commissioning Strategy & Planning
- Develop project-wide commissioning plans, procedures, schedules, and execution strategies.
- Establish commissioning milestones aligned with project delivery schedules.
- Prepare commissioning budgets, manpower plans, and resource requirements.
- Define commissioning pathways and system turnover sequences.
- Support commissioning readiness reviews from project inception through handover.
