Position: Sales Executive - General Trade

Location: Roha/Mangaon, Raigad, Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory in line with brand, SKU/pack, and monthly sales objectives.
- Conduct daily market visits and execute planned sales calls as per the assigned route and beat plan.
- Visit retail outlets regularly, generate orders, and drive sales volume, distribution, and outlet productivity.
- Manage front-end sales activities across the General Trade channel, ensuring effective execution of sales plans.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand market coverage and strengthen distribution.
- Ensure effective product placement, visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution at retail outlets.
- Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and periodic sales targets as communicated by management.
- Develop robust relationships with retailers and distributors to improve sales, distribution, and market penetration.




- Coordinate with the Distributor and Operations/Logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Handle retailer/distributor queries and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain strong business relationships.
- Support distributor management, including primary sales, stock availability, claims, and related commercial coordination.
- Monitor market activities, competitor presence, pricing, schemes, and customer feedback, and share relevant updates with the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely and accurate daily sales reporting, market visit reports, order booking, and other required MIS.
- Execute promotional activities and company initiatives effectively within the assigned territory.
- Perform any other sales or market-related responsibilities assigned by the Management/Reporting Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Fresher or 2-4 years of experience in General Trade, FMC
