About the Role

We are looking for a Chemical Testing Executive to support our Quality Control and R&D; teams in testing raw materials, components, and finished products. The candidate will assist in conducting laboratory tests, maintaining testing records, analyzing results, and ensuring products meet defined quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct basic chemical and physical tests on raw materials and finished products under supervision.





· Assist in testing materials such as plastics, polymers, adhesives, coatings, inks, pigments, and other product-related materials.

· Prepare samples and test specimens as per standard testing procedures.

· Record test observations, measurements, and results accurately.

· Assist in analyzing test results and identifying deviations from specifications.

· Maintain laboratory records, test reports, samples, and documentation.

· Support Quality Control and R&D; teams during product testing and development.

· Assist in investigating product quality issues and identifying possible causes.

· Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and disposal of laboratory chemicals and materials.

· Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the laboratory.

· Assist in calibration and basic maintenance of laboratory testing equipment.

· Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and applicable testing standards.

· Prepare basic reports and communicate test findings to the concerned team.

Required Qualifications

· Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.

· Basic understanding of chemistry, chemical processes, and laboratory testing.





· Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing procedures is preferred.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

· Good analytical and observation skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good documentation and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of chemical and physical testing methods.

· Basic understanding of polymers, plastics, adhesives, coatings, inks, and pigments.

· Exposure to QC/QA or R&D; laboratory environments.

· Understanding of laboratory safety and chemical handling.

· Ability to interpret technical specifications and test results.
